Questions and answers

Does it cost more through a broker?

It shouldn’t — the broker’s remuneration is usually a commission included in the premium. The advantage is that you see several quotes, with their terms clearly explained.

Can you remind me about renewals?

Yes. We keep track of our clients’ renewal dates and get in touch 30 days before each policy expires, every year.

What should I do when there is a claim?

Start with the Claims page: the steps, when the police are needed and the online claim links of each insurer. If the policy was placed through Ins Center, we assist you with the documents and the inspection.
