- The site does not use cookies for analytics, advertising or tracking and loads no third-party services (no Google Analytics, pixels, embedded maps or video).
- The only cookies are those of the consent banner — they remember your choice — and WordPress’s own cookies, set only when a staff member logs in to the admin panel.
- The site’s tools (the self-assessment, the policy calendar) keep what you enter in your browser’s storage, on your device; nothing is sent until you ask for it.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser to remember something between pages or visits — for example whether you have given consent. Browser storage (localStorage and sessionStorage) plays a similar role: the site can keep data there without sending it to the server.

Browser storage
Some tools keep what you enter on your device, so you find it on your next visit. The data is not sent to the server unless you ask for it — a reminder or a quote, for instance.

Statistics without cookies
We count on the server how many requests, reminders and checks are made — without cookies, visitor identifiers or external services. These numbers cannot be linked to a person.
External sites
When you follow a link from our page to another site — the toll authority, the Guarantee Fund, the Road Transport Administration or a vehicle-history provider — that site’s cookie rules apply. Such links are marked as leading outside.
How to manage cookies
- Change your choice in the banner: cookie settings.
- In your browser: every browser lets you delete cookies and site data or block them (the “Privacy” or “History” menu). The site works without cookies; you only lose the remembered banner choice and what you entered in the tools.
Legal basis
Necessary cookies are set under art. 4a of the Bulgarian Electronic Communications Act (Directive 2002/58/EC) — without them the site or the function you chose cannot work. For cookies that are not necessary we would ask for your consent first; as of the date of this policy there are none.
