ИНФОРМАЦИЯ ЗА ПОТРЕБИТЕЛЯ НА ЗАСТРАХОВАТЕЛНИ УСЛУГИ ПО ЧЛ.325 КЗ

  1. Insurance broker Ins Center OOD, Sofia, 4A “Filip Kutev” St., floor 3, UIC 207560726, is registered under Decision No. 15-ZB/11.01.2024 in the Register of Insurance Brokers maintained by the Financial Supervision Commission (FSC). You can verify the registration at the Financial Supervision Commission, 16 “Budapest” St., 1000 Sofia.   2. The company operates under the trade name Ins Center OOD, located at 4A “Filip Kutev” St., floor 3, Sofia.
  3. The insurance broker Ins Center OOD does not hold, directly or through related parties, more than 10 percent of the voting rights or the capital of any insurer.
  4. No insurer or parent company of an insurer holds more than 10 percent of the voting rights or capital shares of Ins Center OOD.
  5. In performing its insurance intermediation activities, Ins Center OOD represents the insurance service user based on an assignment agreement.
  6. Complaints related to the services provided by Ins Center OOD insurance broker may be submitted to the company’s manager at the address: 4A “Filip Kutev” St., floor 3, Sofia, or by email at info@inscenter.bgThe complaint should include the complainant’s name, phone number, address, and/or email for correspondence. Ins Center OOD insurance broker processes and responds to the complaint within 10 (ten) business days from the date of receipt, sending the reply to the address or email provided by the complainant.
  7. Complaints against Ins Center OOD insurance broker may also be submitted to the Financial Supervision Commission at the address: 16 “Budapest” St., 1000 Sofia, or via email to the FSC at delovodstvo@fsc.bg.
  8. The insurance broker Ins Center OOD does not perform insurance intermediation on behalf of any insurer but represents the users of insurance services.
  9. Under the conditions provided by the applicable legislation, Ins Center OOD, in its capacity as an insurance broker, may provide advice regarding the insurance products it distributes, in accordance with Article 325a, paragraph 5 of the Insurance Code, based on a fair and thorough analysis.
  10. The insurance broker Ins Center OOD determines the client’s requirements and needs, and provides its advice regarding a specific insurance policy solely based on the written information provided by the client for the purpose of identifying their insurance interest.
  11. The remuneration received by Ins Center OOD insurance broker for its intermediation services is a commission included in the insurance premium of the contracts concluded through its mediation and is paid by the insurance company.
